What types of meal does Nextdish offer?

Our top chefs will prepare authentic Asian cuisines, like Chinese, Japanese,Korean,Thai and Vietnamese food from the scratch daily at our own kitchen.

What types of ingredient does Nextdish use?

We partner with local ranches and farms to get the freshest ingredients as well as any organic choices as possible.

Does Nextdish have its own kitchen?

Yes, Nextdish has its own kitchen. Our chefs are from top local restaurants.

Will the freshness of the food be affected by delivery?

Not really, our top chefs specially developed a cooking method that can keep the freshness last longer, our special design delivery boxes can keep the food arrives at a perfect temperature, plus our state of art delivery routes optimization program can insure your food arrives on time.

Do I need to reheat or recook the meal?

There is no need. Nextdish delivers ready-to-eat meals. They taste the same as straight out of the kitchen.

Ordering
Can I place orders before the day of delivery?

Yes, you can place orders for any day of the week. You just need to select the desired date on the menu page.

What time is the order deadline for same day delivery?

Orders must be placed before 12 pm Pacific Time in order to be delivered on the same day. After 12 pm, you may still place orders for any subsequent day.

Can I cancel or change an order after I place it?

You can change or cancel orders you placed, as long as you do so before 12 pm on the day of delivery.

How can I filter out the food I can’t eat from the menu page?

You can click on Filter on the menu page to deselect the tags of the food you can’t eat.

Delivery
Which areas can you deliver to?

We deliver to Tri-valley area, partial east San Francisco Bay and partial South Bay areas. You use your zipcode to check if we deliver to you area. If we don’t deliver to your area now, you can join our waiting list with your email address.

At what time do you deliver?

We make it flexible with two delivery windows during your dinner time. We will send you a text message to provide a more detailed approximate delivery time on the afternoon of your scheduled delivery.

Will I get the exact delivery time?

Yes, we will send you an estimated delivery time through SMS or app notification if you install our App. To get app notification, please be sure to click the Notification checkbox in your account in the app.

Do I have to wait for delivery?

No, you don’t have to. If you can’t be home, please leave delivery instruction at your checkout page. However we prefer that you provide an address that you’ll be present to receive the delivery - we deliver ready-to-eat meal and your experience will be enhanced if you can consume the meal soon upon delivery.

Payment
What types of payment can I use?

You can use credit card to pay for the order.

Do I need to pay tax?

Yes, you need to pay tax for the food.

Do I need to pay delivery fee or tips?

We charge $2.99 for delivery fee. It will be displayed in your order summary on the checkout page. As for tipping, we generally do not accept tips.

How can I change my payment information?

You can enter your account and select Manage Payment to change the payment information.

What is Nextdish’s refund policy?

You can always change the order before the order closing time on the day of delivery. After the closing time, you may not cancel or change the order. If there is any specific case in which you feel a refund is warranted, please contact our customer service at support@nextdish.com
